Oh mother dear!

It has to be a mom thing. Today I (the kid) walked into the kitchen and asked my mom a question.
"Hey mom, what's the date today?"
mom says, "I'm not sure!"
kid says, "Well, whens your birthday?"
mom says, "It's today" she said in a matter of fact, no manner of feelings way."
kid says, "Well then, it's the 3rd. Thanks mom."

You are just too humble. Your birthday is a fabulous day, a day to be celebrated with extreme joy! Think of the world without you and those blessings, and grand blessings! So promise to just do a little thing for you. Something to go back and remember it by. Something that, when you are 98, you can say (without teeth)"Honey, remember that day I turned _____. What a young whippersnapper I was back then!" lol! Pam

It was funny. It's just that when he asked me the date I forgot all about my birthday so I could think of the date. It was one of those brain multi tasking things I obviously wasn't up to today!!!!! Or any other day for that matter. I think they call it 'old age!'

Hilarious. I hope you had a great birthday anyway, despite the fact that you forgot about it. I haven't been over here for a while so I have some catching up to do.
