Mary was being very thoughtful when she made a cozy bed for the 4 baby kittens, (pictured in the blog post just under this one) BUT, it's not a good idea to do it in a cooler on a hot summer day with the lid closed for hours. As you can see by her sad little face; they ended up in kitty heaven. Poor thing.
More comfort from big brother hits the spot.

Poor baby girl! Just keep hugging and loving her.
Oh my goodness, this post brought tears to my eyes--hurting for your daughter. Sweet baby girl with such a big burden :( May the wound upon her sweet lil' heart heal quickly with the love surrounding her.

Poor Mary!!! That reminds me of the time many years ago when my oldest daughter, Tiffany, bathed all of our baby chicks and quite a few did not survive it!!! :) My heart really goes out to your precious little Mary!
Oh, how sad! When my daughter, Julie, was younger she went out to see the new kittens and discovered a kitten head, the raccoons had gotten into the storage shed. We all felt bad.
