Organize for Victory~Free Give Away

I have 3 copies of this book I would like to give away to my blog readers entitled Organize for Victory written by my father-in-law G. Vance Smith and his good friend Tom Gow. To enter simply leave at least one sentence in the comments section of what you love best about AMERICA. The winner will be chosen the old fashioned way by putting names into a bowl and one of the children drawing out 2 names. This is a wonderful informative book that should be on every American Patriots book shelf. Hurry, contest ends Friday, April 2nd., and winner will be announced on April 3rd.

Here are the first two paragraphs from the forward written by Don Fotheringham.

At no time in history has victory ever come to a disorganized army. But small numbers of warriors-when organized-have won great battles. And many such battles have been won in the final hours of war in the face of terrifying odds. That is what this book is all about.

The hour is late. The odds are enormous; the stakes are monumental. The enemy has a 200-year head-start undermining the foundations of our country and weakening the moral character of our people. We face not the beginning of a long, difficult war, but we actually in it's final stages. It seems far too late to say, "Let's get organized," for who on earth could rally a nationwide body of citizens and lead them to victory against a deeply entrenched, cleverly invisible enemy?

I love America not only because it is my country, but because it has become home to my husband's family, who emigrated here from Egypt. They know firsthand what it is like to experience religious discrimination and persecution. They never stop being thankful to be here, and I'm thankful because I met my husband here!

I hope I win! :)

Mommy x 12,

I first must tell you that I absolutely love reading your blog. Your pure joy in Motherhood is very inspiring. I came upon your blog through my childhood friend Laurie (Danielson-Skipper-Erikson). I don't mind about winning the book or not, but: What I love about America the best is the opportunity to fail, because with the opportunity to fail also comes the opportunity to succeed.

What I love best about America is that our government was founded upon His shoulders, so that even in these dark days, a glory arises as we realize that He is carrying us through. Oh that we do not give up hope! That we keep looking full in His wonderful face. That He would find "Faith when He comes", that He will find us occupying when He returns! What a priviledge it is to read "the mighty deeds of God" to our children while praying fervantly that they will have vision and prophesy, that in the day of battle they will not turn back, but will stand and see the salvation of our God!

I would love this book. If I do not win it- let me know how I can buy it. I need it. I began teaching Economics and Am Gov to my daughter, then was asked to teach it at a school, then Tea Party people want to come and other home schoolers. Now I've been asked to tape it so it can be live streamed. My focus will still be on teaching my daughter. But I realize that God Almighty has equipped all of us who have been on the back on the desert- in the wilderness learning how great our God is.

Now is the time to let our nation know that "with God all things are possible."

Please count me in~
I think what I love about America the most was in the beginning~our great forefathers having such wisdom to mold and shape our nation around God's Word. I fear we are losing it and could use the encouragement from this wonderful book. We must be in prayer and take our stand.
I was convicted by Dr. Gibbs who said in a message not long ago."When was the last time you stayed up all night and prayed for your country." Ouch~we have no room to complain until we do!

Great comments here!!!

I am so heavy hearted for our country and the direction it is moving! I have recently found myself in some intersting debates on Facebook and elsewhere . . .

So many people are BLINDED to the intentions of our current president and the direction his monumental decisions are taking us.

I love that America was founded by God-fearing men and based on biblical principles and has been an oasis of freedom and opportunity. How I hate to see all of this destroyed . . . it seriously breaks my heart!

I would love to win the book! Thanks for hosting this giveaway!
