My Drink of the Day

First grab a few apples and pears and juice them in the juicer. Take the juice from this and pour into blender, then add the following fruits in desired amounts and whirl. Normally 3 apples, 2 pears, and the fruit shown will equal 1/2 gallon of pulpy, down right good for you smoothie. Any soft fruit can be blended. Be creative. I try to have this 4-5 days a week.

I just bought a bunch full of fresh fruits at the local grocery store... Huge strawberries... Big Fresh Peaches.... Grapes, Yellow Apples, and little clementines... I am tempted to go throw them all in a blender.... Yummmmmm Thanks for sharing.

Yum! I like to put some homemade yogurt in our smoothies for some protein as my kids have blood sugar issues but I love to put in all different kinds of stuff like you!!

The fruit looks soooo delish! I try to do this too. It really fills me up. I see you and your hubby are doing GREAT on your weight loss. I'm trying to lose 10-13 pounds myself. Sometimes it's not so easy to be so good :0)
