If you love cinnamon rolls...

Here is a fast and easy way to make delicious rolls.  I use 2 bread machines for this but the dough can be made in a mixer or by hand just as easily.

In a 2 lb. bread machine pan add the following in order as listed.
1.  4 oz. hot water
2.  4 oz. milk
3.  2 eggs
4.  2 T. oil or butter
5.  4 T. honey
6.  2 and 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
7.  1 and 3/4 cups unbleached white flour
8.  2 heaping teas. yeast

Set machine to dough cycle.  After it is finished mix the following together.
1.  1 and 1/2 C. butter
2.  1 and 1/2 C. brown sugar
3.  6 T. corn syrup
4.  6 T. cinnamon
Heat until all is melted.  Pour some of this mixture into prepared baking dish and spread around.  Spread the remaining mix onto the  rolled out dough all the way to the edges.  Roll up and slice into 2 inch rolls and place in baking dish.  Spoon any remaining mixture over top of rolls after they are in the pan.  Let rise another 15 minutes.  Preheat oven to 375.  Bake for 25 minutes.  When finished put a cooking sheet on top of baking dish and quickly turn upside down so the rolls fall from dish onto cookie sheet.  That's it.  These are yummy.  It seems like they would take a lot of time but they are quick.  We usually make these twice a week.  I also use this same dough recipe for bread, pizza dough, and bread sticks.

Sounds tasty! I tried to make some cinnamon rolls about a month ago but my husband wasn't as keen on them as I'd have liked. Since that's his FAVE breakfast, I've been sad. I'm gonna try YOUR rec! As soon as I figure out how to do it in my 1.5 pound bread machine (and post move on Monday). I look forward to trying it and having some yummy yummy goodness! Thanks!
