Why is this such a favorite part of baking?

Box brownie mix
mix brownie mix according to directions.
In a separate bowl combine 1 package cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 C. sugar and mix well. Spread brownie in baking pan and then place cream cheese mixture over it and swirl in with a knife. Bake for 36 minutes on 350 degree oven. (This is for a glass pan)

Well ladies we "did" make them...and oh the rewards! YUM! Go ahead and try them...we did use a chocolate cake mix as...no brownies. I blogged them and showed how the cake looks.
It is a wonderful treat as they are not too sweet.

This looks delicious! Reminds me of the recipe I made with my son, Matt, awhile back when he got it in his head to make cheesecake! If I made these, I would not be able to resist eating some! :)
