Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.~Matthew 18.3 I have learned so much from my children and I know I will continue to learn from them. So, "I need to make sure I'm a fast learner, because they won't always be around to hold my hand."

Easiest Cape Ever to Make
If you want an easy, quick, cape for your little girls then this is it. I found a pattern for a full skirt (like the ones worn in the 50's) and cut out front and back pieces of it. Then I put both together and sewed them up. The neck part of this cape is actually the waist of the skirt. This was the 50's pattern for little girls and I used the woman's skirt pattern for the older girls. Then I just sewed some bias tape for the tie. The fabric I use for these are just flannel sheets found at a thrift store. You could leave a small opening on each side of the seams if your daughter would prefer her hands out. Here we dressed my little one up so she could model it!!
