I had such trouble remembering dates, and my mum used to walk me and hit me until I remembered them - probably the reason that I hated it with a passion. :( I remembered crying that I wanted to go home to Nanna - my nan was GREAT!<br /><br />With my daughter, I don't concentrate on getting the dates correct - just as long as she understands about the time period that it is in. WE love geography. For years and...What good ideas!! WE love geography. For years and years we've had maps up by our kitchen table. Every time are in there we use them. Geography is just as natural as eating, talking or walking for us. I love the pictures.
